Its really disappointing to see people giving up even before putting in effort to perform to the best of their ability. Especially after a year of hard work you've put in just for a match that might last no longer than 20 mins. After all , its the effort you've put in to play to the best of your ability that counts and not really the results. No one ever wants to play a game and leave with regret right ? This the first time I've experience being in a team filled with nothing more than regret and dissatisfaction. Conflicts can and should be solved. They ain't something to be left hanging midair without even attempting to solve it. I hope this doesn't goes on and if it really does , nothing will be resolved and the problem between you guys will still remain. To thrive as a team , all we have to do is to play wholeheartedly without any regrets. It might sound simple, but its definitely not something that can be achieved easily.
