was the overall ic for my class's stall
so had to go early to set up the stall n stuff . x.x
before that went j8 with agnes to play arcade.
saw hansen there as usual . everytime see him there one .
hahahahas .
anyways , set up the stall at 4 plus .
prepared everything & waited for the steamer n toaster to come .
the steamer din work well at first larhs .
like started steaming the muah chee for 1hr plus still cold .
scared us all . x.x
lucky it manage to work with the help of one of the office aunty :)
den allocated the duties .
at first hardly had any orders .
den suddenly alot of orders started coming in .
someone ordered 13 packets of muah chee . x.x
eat so much for wad . make me n val cut until finger tired .
LOL . den oso got ppl complain our muah chee the size not consistent. -.-
want us take ruler measure mehhs . lols . not easy to make all the same lehs . x.x
kaya toast din sell really well at first .
den when the muah chee business slowed down ,
i started to make my first kaya toast.
& my first customer was soh jun wei . hahahahs .
around 8 plus 9 .
both was selling well .
we ran out of peanuts n satay sticks .
so asked calvin help us go buy .
he came back with the ingredients . but the peanuts were not grinded.
so everyone started helping to grind the peanuts .
so damn funny. they use waterbottle , scissors n knife . HAHA .
muah chee was the first to be sold out besides the drinks .
den we invented new toast .
butter-sugar toast & peanut toast .
became so popular larhs . sold like hot cakes .
even mr koh came to buy .
den he say we unhygenic ><
he attempted to take photos of us doing the toasts .hahas .
but he said it was delicioussssssss xD
our stall ended up to be one of the last to close .
so we increased the price of our toasts .
from 80 cents to $1 . hahahas .
we have brain for business :D
had to clear up everything at the end .
total sales for that day was abt $170 .
was double the amount of wad they earned ytd .
hahahahs . wo men hen li hai hor . =x
overall everyone there did a good job .
thanks for the good job people :D
overall profits was $238.70 .
not too bad . worth all the hardwork :D
